Mock Collections Exam

are non-refundable. Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked or “returned.” Students have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete the course and exam. If you fail to complete the program within the allotted timeframe, your access will be revoked without refund. You must re-enroll and start over to regain access.

Appointments: Students arriving 5 or more minutes late to any scheduled exam, coaching, or training appointment will be required to pay and reschedule.

Mock Collections Exam: You may reschedule once as a courtesy. Any additional reschedules will incur a $75 fee—strictly enforced.

Any membership tier or coaching access

are non-refundable. Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked or “returned.” Subscription fees are billed automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Violations of community guidelines may result in removal from the membership without refund. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds—full or partial—will be issued for unused time.

🎟️ Special Events, Workshops & Live Trainings

All tickets for events, coaching sessions, workshops, or live training are non-refundable. These experiences are time-sensitive, high-value, and considered consumed once delivered or attended.

💬 Community Access

Your course or membership access is valid for a minimum of 30 days or for the duration of your active subscription. Course access and community interaction are part of our service delivery and are therefore non-refundable.
